Help Desk
Check out our new help desk! In order to track repairs and problems, we have implemented a ticketing system. Send in a ticket at our new help desk for any inquiries. We will use that ticket to track, update, and respond to your questions!
If we are repairng your computer, you can find the latest notes from the technician on the status of your computer at the help desk. You will be assigned a ticket ID when a repair order is opened.
